Snail Mail Club Cancellation Policy

The Whimsical Post Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription. When you join, your first month is charged right away, and your subscription renews automatically every month on the date you signed up until you cancel. Shipping is always included.

You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime. Just sign in to your account and choose Subscriptions, or email us at customerservice@thewhimsicalbee.com and we will take care of it for you. To stop your next envelope, please cancel before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops all future charges, and any envelope you have already paid for will still be lovingly sent your way.

Because each envelope is gathered and packed by hand once it is paid for, we are unable to refund months that have already been charged.

Gift subscriptions of 1, 3 or 6 months are paid once and never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. They are final sale once the first envelope ships.

If an envelope arrives damaged or something isn't right, please write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
